Learn the art of making exquisite chocolates
through hands-on teaching. Chocolate Heaven offers 4 levels of courses-- Basic, Advanced, Liquor, and Professional.
In the Basic course, you will learn the most important step of chocolate making--how to temper chocolate perfectly. You will then learn to make 10- 12 varieties of chocolate, such as F ruit & Nut, Roasted Almond, Crackle, Coconut, Coffee Crunch, Marble Swirls, Hawaiian Delight, Fruit Dip, Chocolate coated Biscuits, and Wafer Crunch
. You will also learn to gift wrap them in
a beautiful, professional manner.
Those who have mastered the basics can enroll for the Advanced
course, where you will learn how to make ganache for truffles, exquisite fillings for pralines (
liqueur, lemon, orange, mint, ginger
, and more), and designer and flavoured chocolates . You will also learn enrobing and decorating these chocolates, and more.
There are two sessions each day
(morning and evening) throughout the week , including Saturday and Sunday,
with a maximum of 2 students in each session. Moreover, any questions pertaining to career advice in chocolate making, industry, trends, etc will be answered by the expert.
You can choose from four courses whichever suits your requirement--BASIC, LIQUEUR and LIQUID FILLING,ADVANCE,PROFESSIONAL.
One of the main highlights of the session is that one to one coaching is provided. So, if you have any questions or need a personal assistance, rest assured that it will be provided. Moreover, any questions pertaining to career advice in chocolate making, industry, trends etc. will be answered by the experts. Feel free to get back to us in case you have any questions after the session or when trying your hands at chocolate making at home. When we say "you graduate to chocolate making", we mean it and make sure it happens! Whats more, you are not required to bring any material, its provided during the session and all the sinful creations are free takeaways for you!!
